GINGER HONEY BOMB RECIPE:
1 tbsp. grated turmeric
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. crushed garlic
a dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Manuka honey (*NOTE – I am using the Premium Raw Manuka KFactor™ 16)

Combine everything in a small airtight container and mix well.
